THE WILDWOOD CONSORT, co-founded in 2008 by Michael Wilhite and Annie Harkey-Power, takes its name from the Portland landmark nearby where many of its members live, teach and perform. Conceived as a core strings and continuo group joined by additional players according to the requirements of the music, The Wildwood Consort is dedicated to the study and performance of primarily baroque music for small ensemble, including accompanied vocal works with guest soloists.

The Wildwood Consort wishes to thank Reed College for generous access to its musical instrument collection.
Thanks also to Portland luthier Wesley Brandt for use of the tenor viol played by Craig Trompeter.
