 Karl Blume, bass, is a native of Portland and has been active in the local music scene since 1977. After dabbling in various musical fields--including playing the viola in orchestra and chamber ensembles, as well as singing vocal jazz, barbershop harmony, musical theatre and opera--he settled upon early church music as his primary musical home. Karl has been a very happy member of Cantores in Ecclesia since 1987.
