Kari Ferguson, soprano, has been singing ever since she can remember. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Music at Goshen College, Indiana, where
she was a two-time winner of the Concerto-Aria Contest. Her love of early
music led her to study at Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She then returned to Oregon and is now enjoying the musical life of Portland. She is currently singing with the Trinity Episcopal Choir and Cathedral Chamber Singers, as well as the women's ensemble In Mulieribus. Ms. Ferguson has also performed with local ensembles such as Urban Baroque, Cappella Romana, and the Oregon Renaissance Band. She is also a private voice and piano instructor at Pfeifer Pianowerks Studio where she enjoys sharing her love of music with children.
