Jacqueline Janik, soprano, was born in Thousand Oaks, California, and began singing with Cantores in Ecclesia in 1998. Jacqueline has been a singer in the Byrd Festival since 2001, and has traveled with the choir during their tours to Chicago and Paris. She has also sung with various other choirs including Trivium Chorale, Portland Archdiocesan Choir, St. Birgitta's Choir and St. John's Choir. Jacqueline has also appeared in high school musicals, such as Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Mikado." Jacqueline is an alumnus of Trivium School in Massachusetts and attended John Cabot University in Rome. She is currently studying political science at Thomas More College of Liberal Arts, New Hampshire, where she will begin expanding her musical talents by directing the St. Cecilia's Choir.
