Annie Harkey-Power studied cello at the University of Oregon.  There she began her studies on the Bass Viola da Gamba and participated in the school's Collegium Musicum. Annie is currently a cellist in the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and the Oregon East Symphony.  Annie also freelances on the cello in groups such as the Walla Walla Symphony, Astoria Festival, Portland Festival Symphony, Mock's Crest, and the Oregon Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra.  On viola da gamba, Annie has been playing with the Wildwood Consort and has made a change to the treble viol in the last year.  She is looking forward to her season performing with the Byrd Festival.
